Graphics card?

Hey folks. My GeForce 7900GS just went bad, and I'm contemplating replacements. My PS is 380W, so that limits me a bit (but I'd rather not upgrade it yet, because it's quiet and reliable). ATITD is the only thing I play on the PC anymore that requires 3D graphics (unless I get dragged into WoW again at some point). Anyone play with an 8600GT? It's a step down, but if it'll do the job, I'm all for cheap solutions.
