Fern Palm resin is used in a Scent Lab to create Incense.
Falcon's nests can also be found in these trees.
At least 1 Wood is produced by this tree. More if you are carrying a Hatchet.
Occasionally, when clicking on one, the option will be available to collect a Perfect Palm Frond from the tree.
