Contact the hotel directly to receive the group room rate and to take advantage of $5 per day in/out parking (regularly $16 per day). MENTION ATITD TO RECEIVE THE GROUP RATE. A website link for reservations will be available by mid-January. Please note that the deadline to reserve your room and receive the guaranteed group rate is February 4th, 2009. After that time, we have no guarantee that the group rate or rooms under our room block will be available. While the hotel will make every effort to keep ATITD rooms together (except for special requests), placement will be made on a first-come first-served basis.

$90 USD per day for a room with your choice of 2 double beds or 1 king bed. A limited number of suites are also available on a first-come, first-served basis for $149 per night. Suites include a king-size bed in the bedroom and a pull-out double sofa-bed in the living room as well as a microwave and refrigerator.

=== Special Requests ===

To make special requests such as a refrigerator in your room ($10 per day), placement on a floor away from the rest of the group, adjoining rooms or other special needs, please discuss this with the hotel reservation desk directly. Be aware that all adjoining rooms have one room with a king size bed and one room with two double beds on either side of a connecting interior door. A chat to PlayerMeet will also ensure that your special request is conveyed to the Wyndham’s group coordinator.

===Arrival===
Please list your arrival day and time on the attendee page and we will try to coordinate volunteers to shuttle people from the airport. The Wyndham offers an airport shuttle for $25 one way or $43 round trip. WooHoo! Shazam! YeeHaw! Woot woot! The T4 Player Meet will be in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from Friday, February 27th through Sunday, March 1st, 2009. 
Oooooooo…how do I register??? So glad you asked. : ) In mid-January, your online billing menu will have an option to purchase a special, super duper T4 Monkey! Quit, expired, not playing T4 yet? No problem. Log in with your old account or create a new trial account to access the billing menu. Yayyyy! In addition to bragging rights and pride of ownership, purchasing a monkey lets you attend the T4 Player Meet with all the fun and excitement you can handle . . . meals, meetings, monkey business and more! And now, for a limited time (okay, until the meet begins) you don’t have to wait until the end of February to see your new family member. The little guy will arrive in Egypt once you place your order. A T4 Monkey can be yours for the amazing $75 USD.
