Should said citizen fail to do one of the aforementioned actions within the alotted time the structure may be claimed by any other citizen who sees it.<br /> <br /> Baskets will be an exeption to the above rule untill such time as warehouses become common. Baskets will have a 48 hour grace period from when they degenerate to unusable.<br /> <br /> Bundels of items such as grass that are left lying arround may not be caimed for 5 minutes from when they are dropped.<br /> <br /> Furthermore any structure labeled as an obstruction by 50 people may be claimed and demolished.
