	The region formerly known as Seven Lakes, Shabbat Ab is centred on a bend in the Nile, roughly in the middle of Egypt. The middle of the region is a large green area with several lakes, but there are also inhabitable areas on both banks of the Nile and along the Red Sea coast to the east. It is bordered by [[Stillwater]] to the north, [[Saqqarah]] to the south, and with access to [[Falcon Bay]] to the south-east along the coastal road.
