&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;It seems that the practice of moving people back a station causes too much back-up and waiting for those yet to go as well as confusion on who needs to move back to whom, especially when 2 teachers next to each other leave.  I think it makes more sense for students to fill in the missing stations as they come to them.  It may not seem fair to the students because they miss out on the people ahead, but there are always people behind.  Plus it's better to be fair to the group rather than the individual.  I think filling in should be given a shot at several lines and see how it compares with our standard lines.  ~Choltai&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
