Eventually the format we have here is going to lead to a... very scary long contents list. I propose that as research is finished, we change it to simply '''bolded''' as opposed to subsectioned. What do people think? ~TP

 I'd suggest that we have a section under each uni for the list of completed techs, and move them there a while ''after'' they're unlocked. Then techs can stay in the menu for a week or three, so people can tell at a glance if it's open.
