	**actually, having looked at this page closer, I think the intent with linking it from the atlas page was to show locations in the desert where the test accepts the building and lighting of the ritual torch. Ritual torches do indeed only work for 1 use and then the building vanishes having been used up. So it's unlikely that they will be public buildings. If you will not have the skill at the time needed for lighting the torch in the ritual, you should have someone with to build the torch.
