-My thoughts are DP are pretty simple and straightforward. As the DP I would want to help people who ask for my help, but I would make certain to stay out of disputes that I wasn't welcomed to. I feel that the DP should be available and willing, but I don’t think the DP should use their title as carte blanche to stick their noses into everyone’s problems.

 If a ban has to be used, then it should be the least harsh temp ban possible, and everything should escalate from there. Players deserve the opportunity to learn and grow, and sometimes a stern warning is all it really takes.
