* Draim: aye Raizh but some of that culture is around things that they know they "shouldn't" do<br />
* Babalu: Yep, a culture indeed, and age limits only makes it more tractive, imo<br />
* Draim: as my parents talked about going to college and having basically a keg party during freshmen orientation. With the President and Dean of the college there with them. <br />

* Raizh: I think had it not been at 21 the whole time, said culture probably would not have developed as it did<br />
* Raizh: Though now... I don't think dropping the age limits would really eliminate it, except after many years<br />
* Draim: well the culture developed quickly (it really isn't that long only 20 years or so) so I doubt it would change slowly<br />
