 Planting cabbages in an area with 2 or more herbs present yields 1 cabbage and herb count seeds.  This worked for an area with 3 herbs, yielding 3 seeds.
 Not sure what the herb area of effect is.  How close do herbs need to be for them to overlap.  The distance seems to be quite small.  Probably less than 3 coords.
