 People know they can come to me with issues because I listen to all sided objectively.That and a good healthy dose of humor is usually enough to help diffuse a situation.
- Even players outside my region/guild chat me up for advice. And their issues are not spread all over egypt. I've had a lifetime of negotiation and arbitration both in my family and in my career. It just seems to spill over in the games I play:)
