 This morning I managed to get a few things done. I put in four glazier's benches, will add two more tonight. I also found out that lead chisel+mallet nets you 3 limestone per pull, which will make life a whole lot less frustrating doing glass. I might start mass producing that and see how it goes. Perhaps a marriage tonight, as well.

 ====01/12 - One weekend gone, chaos ensues====
 So apparently my poorly timed vacation (without ATITD access) led to a ton of tests opening. I know it, it's Karma getting me back for something. Now Cicada, Marriage, Khefre and some new techs are open. I spent much of last night catching up on the QR drama and getting tests. Was able to free myself of bugs with the locker thankfully. I had missed much of the opportunity to talk with my fellow Demi-Pharaoh candidates, so I may not do too well in that area. I tried to send an offline chat to each person to see what they want in a DP candidate and to open discussion.

 ====01/07 - Those guys were fast as lightening====
 I decided to focus solely on a single project last night. I heard about an acro line in Shabbat Ab so I dropped everything and headed that way. It was a bit tedious (my first 'true' acro line), but well worth it- I learned my first and second additional moves! I think I will focus on acrobat and cooking for a little bit. I don't really want to be going nuts trying to stay on top of every new technology that comes out, I just want to explore the various facets of ATITD. This weekend will see me not really doing much ATITD-wise, since I have a trip to go on. I will try to log on tonight to register for Kingmaker, hopefully I won't miss out on that.

 ====01/06 - Hammer, Hammer, Curse, Scrap====
 I traveled to the lovely Saqqarah (sp?) to learn chemistry and advanced blacksmithing. The folks there on regional seemed pretty nice. I noted they are at around 40's in Obelisk. After returning home I found out that Bourbon had kindly provided me with the starter tools and anvil bed for my anvil. I promptly threw some bricks on the barbe and loaded it up. After a few practice runs I decided I needed additional tools and made a shaping mallet and round hammer in the casting box.

 A lot has happened in a short time. The silver discovery led to casting being unlocked, and now the rush for adv. blacksmithing is on as well as adv. metallurgy and others. Things seem to be really picking up now, as we have the Test of Vigil as well. Rose started that last night, on a Sunday >.>, and it was still going strong this morning.

 So, apparently bloody Saq has been busy. They've unlocked adv. BS and chem is on final countdown. I'm sitting there now at the CS, will make the run and pick up the skills as soon as I get home. From there, sweet sweet carpentry blades. And other metal toys. Anything I can stick my fingers in metalwise I'll try to make. Reminds me I need to stop by the public Tungsten mine. Or just put down my own. Bah, I need to make a dig.
