Many sections of this draft constitute physicsvetoes (they violate the "physics" of egypt, allowing players to do things that are not possible) or techvetoes (they would be extremely complex / impractical to implement). Also, there is a maximum length for laws (they must fit in the text box when you create your petition), and I believe the current draft here is quite a bit larger than that.

The way GMs get their calls is that all dev call go to the same board and GMs can see DEV calls, but are simply asked not to answer such calls.
