I preset our chemical bath's "K" values in a copy of of the Metal Treatment Simulator and uploaded the ODF spreadsheet to Google docs. It's downloadable [https://docs.google.com/leaf?id=0B0EvvSUvorDzYWQ1ZDZmNTItZDNkOS00Y2U5LTkyMGEtYjViMTA5OTQzYjQ2&hl=en_US here]. I am not certain of the plating value, but I'm pretty happy with the results I have gotten from the rest of the settings that I've used.

You'll need an Open Document Format-capable spreadsheet program like [http://www.documentfoundation.org/ LibreOffice] or [http://www.openoffice.org/ OpenOffice.org], among others.
