Beautiful Sterope, the Lightning Region, Jewel of the Nile. Visit it and we are sure you too will say, in the words of the famous song, ‘’Sterope, my heart belongs to you’’. Stretching from the Second Cataract in the North to Lake Pacman in the South and from the west bank of the Nile to the Red Sea, Sterope offers you a friendly and welcoming community and a rich landscape, varying from lush floodplains to awe-inspiring desert wastes.

Arriving by chariot brings you right into the heart of Sterope’s technology district, containing the great universities and the S.M.A.R.T. research centre, where researchers and the general public alike can use the latest in production technology to further their projects for the benefit of all Egyptians. In future not only will this area be the centre of scientific life but it will also become the heart of Sterope’s cultural scene, with the establishment of art galleries and game facilities.

North of the technology district lies the school district, containing the lesser centres of learning. More importantly however the school district also houses the core of Sterope’s vibrant community, always bustling with Steropeans going about their business.

Visit and let Sterope steal your heart too!
