 '''Obol''': Since the population of Egypt fluctuates a lot with people leaving and new players joining, I think the DPA law has it's good points.  Yes, I have used it to clear rotting buildings and help keep Egypt clean.  I have also used it to free up abandoned camps so new players can use the area.  I know some use it just to be claim a large windfall of resources which can be an issue it the resources are horded.  I think without it Egypt would get very cluttered with unusable sites that others could use.
