Compound Extracts are made in a [[Chemistry Laboratory]] from [[requires::Essential Compound]]s. They come in the following six types (from most common to rarest):
* [[Geb|Geb's Compound Extract]]
* [[Maat|Maat's Compound Extract]] used in for [[crude oil]] (5)
* [[Set|Set's Compound Extract]] used in [[mineral oil]](5),[[arsenic]] (1), [[Volatile Explosives]] (2)
* [[Osiris|Osiris's Compound Extract]] used in [[lubricating oil]] (5), [[low explosives]] (2)
* [[Thoth|Thoth's Compound Extract]] used in [[high explosives]] (2)
* [[Ra|Ra's Compound Extract]]

Each Chem Lab has a separate set of requirements placed on the properties of the Essential Compounds needed to make each type of Extract.

If you click on one, it will give you a selection window to choose the Essential Compound to use. We haven't made one yet, but at the top of the window it shows you what properties are required in the Essential Compound, and at what strengths. For example, if we click on ''Osiris's Compound Extract'', it might tell us:
