I might as well have just waited for someone else to find them and go camp at the site, put on my dig macro and just park.  It might be best to indicated this or to change the mechanics so that Hunting (successful or not) gets some credit.  Because you can't dig if you don't find one.

-** Make sure that this is marked "End Game Egypt Raid Type Event".  It is not meant for noobs to participate completely. Yes I can and did but it's really for folks with mega-everything.  That's not bad but it wasn't clear.

 *** If you come to LOTRO you're not coming to a Draigoch Raid unless you got the gear, weapons, stats and level for it. That's not wrong it's just the mechanics of a raid.  This is like that. Something should say " Experts only, Noob events -> thataway.
