Low-value buildings, anti-griefing law.

1. Any building built outside which does not require a Small or Medium Construction site, will henceforth be known as a low-value building.

2. No player shall be allowed to build a low-value building within 15 co-ordinates of a compound belonging to another player.

3. An exception to rule 2 is allowed if the low-value building is within 5 co-ordinates of your own compound.

4. A compound owner may salvage any low-value building which has previously been built within 15 co-ordinates of their compound If the low-value building would have been prohibited under this law.

5. In the case of a guild-owned building, any Elder of the guild is considered to have the rights of a compound owner in respect to this law.
