Griefing Relief and Clutter Reduction Act

[Techveto on #5, Physics veto on #6, the rest are valid -Teppy]

1. This law supercedes any conflicting provisions in any prior law.

2. Any and all of these, constructed outside of a compound, shall be immediately salvageable by anyone with Salvage Techniques of 2 ("ST2") or higher, without regard to ownership:

  • Wood Plane
  • Flimsy Brick Rack
  • Drying Rack
  • Small Distaff
  • Flax Comb
  • Ready-to-harvest Flax Plant

3. The following items shall be salvageable by anyone with ST2 or higher, without regard to ownership, upon reaching unusable status due to wear and tear:

  • Storage Basket
  • Student's Loom

4. The following outdoor items may be salvaged by anyone with ST2 or higher after standing unused by their owner(s) for over 21 days:

  • Bonfire
  • Apiary

5. These items shall not be built within a 25 coordinate radius of an existing compound, except by the owner of such a compound (or a guild member with building permissions to said compound):

  • Bonfire
  • Fire Pit
  • Apiary

(Thus, the owner of compound A that is adjacent to compound B could build a bonfire within the radius of compound A, even if it was also within the radius of compound B.)

6. Upon the request of local residents, game masters are empowered to remove any other "nuisance buildings," be they compounds or non-compound buildings, which are constructed primarily or significantly for the purpose of harassing other players.

7. Severability: If one or more of these numbered clauses is found to be unlawful, or tech vetoed, the other numbered clauses shall survive and become law.
