(RS[Crystal] ROOYYG)

(RS[Milky] ORY)
(RS[Milky] RYR)
Best Guess at this point, is something like : K?RROOYYRROOYYGOYYGOYYGRYYRYRYYRYYRYYR?K
Interjection Test going back to this vine, to test how close this theory is, plus I need to know if my 'kink' the RYR discovered in revelant solvent could be located between the 1st and 2nd 'color' genomes this would be an RROOYYRYRROOYY beginning .. and to test, I will swap the 14th genome for a non-y to find out if I lose a color. If I do not, I will test swapping 13th genome, to assure that the RROOYYRROOYY (double packed color genomes) start the strand. i have found reliability in this being at least a 37 length genome, have not made definitive tests for a 38+.
Success in Failure: (interjection test)

Note this test generated vine #104 Using 'Frovility (left splint) [Target 16 green hairy reticulated] with [Target 14] (right splint) Drawing Board

Result, was a loss of one color, meaning my two 'double' colors are not packed in like I had 1st anticipated
New Best Guess K RROOYYRYRROOYYGOYYGOYYGRYYRYYRYYRYYR K This Explains:
Why I have 2 Colors(RROOYY,) Why Color drops when adjusting 1st & 11th genome (now 14th as well) Includes the presence of my last RS[Milky] test of 'RYR' in early genome sequence, why i lose a quality adjusting final genome (to Y gaining a sugar), permits the presence of 2 acids (OYYG)Has a 37 Length Genome, and all RS combinations are accounted for, without exception.
Hopeful 1st "planned" genome crossing. Frivolity (l) and 11:59 (r) with crackly, dry green. Then instantly taking result (untested K64 -right result) and placing it back on the right w/ frivolity (l) again ... green prickly spongy, resulting in *65-assumed trash- and 66 (contestant)

Crossbreeding in Progress
11:59 (l) Frovility (r) fuzzy, prickly, retic #67 #68 frovility (l) 11:59 (r) green Retic Spotted #69, #70 Note: this test shifted the prospectus of a 2nd color genome from the end of 11:59 strand to 'near' 11th genome 11:59 (l) Frovility (r) Green Hairy Reticulated #71 #72
KRROOYYRROOYYGOYGOYYGRYYRYRYYRYYRYYRK
bolded should be changed with a Y

to test changing genome near end of strand:
11:59 (l) Frovility (r) Calico, Green, hairy #73#74
Leapfrogging for next test:
Appreciation (l) K #73 (r) Dry, Green, Spongy #75 #76 used only for next
Appreciation (l) K #76 (r) Crackly, Mottled, Smelly #78 (goal)

No change, but here's an example of getting what I should have expected. I had gotten a sugar *new* by editing last genome. So, what was previously 'YY?' became 'YYY' and granted my sugar, I went backwards adding Y's with my 'leapfrog' attempts, with no change, because I had just altered an existing Y with a new Y. (TWICE!!).
Next attempt will be to change the genome before the 3 Y's. Hopefully this will grant my goal of adding a total of 3+ (hopefully 4) sugars, with only reducing 1 additional quality.

Test: "Drawing Board"
KRROOYYRROOYYGOYGOYYGRYYRYRYYRYYRYYYK
using: green smelly spotted to hit genome 33/36 "R" (left splice) and 4th genome "Y" From Appreciation (right splice) green smelly spotted being (left @ roughly 89.4) [guessing my genome is 36] so 36*89.4 / 100 = 32.184 (or 33rd genome) ... so 33/36 "R" is hit.
For right splint:
Green smelly spotted is roughly 24.4 (right splint) and appreciation is 14 genomes.
So, same math (Genome length * 24.4 then % 100) = 3.416 (always round up)... voila! 4th genome on Appreciation is 'Y' which should splice into my 'R' at the end of my strand.

Now, all that being said, there was one "revelation solvent" on my strand that revealed an "RYR" combination, hopefully, when I perform this swap, it his the 2nd R (which, with a previous Y) could not be effecting a Quality & the result would add 2 sugars to my strand without removing another quality... or ...
ending in .... RYYRYYYYY K.

If I end up losing a quality, the chances are I will have added 3 sugars, and not 2
This is because quality is RYYR, and swapping that last R would add into an existing chain of the "one" sugar I have.. but since genomes overlap...
The resulting ending (should I remove a quality) would be:
ending in .... RYRYYYYYY K.
This ending would be 4 sugars, instead of one, counted as follows (just bolding previous genome to show where 4 sugars come in).
.... RYRYYYYYY K.
.... RYRYYYYYY K.
.... RYRYYYYYY K.
.... RYRYYYYYY K.

"Drawing Board" Will be tested sometime after Akhet-16, as I need to wait 2 hours for #78, and may as well use it, as I would need to wait the same time (essentially) for #73.

Anticipated results for "Drawing Board"
One of two possible results:
AACCQQQSSS
or
AACCQQSSSS

""Drawing Board" result: AACCQQSSSS
Next Test:
KRROOYYRROOYYGOYGOYYGRYYRYRYYRYYYYYYK Confirm the length of the 2 Y's before 'R' in bold. 7 Sugars, and an additional loss in quality would be double ('YY')
6 Sugars, and no loss of quality would "my kink" and one 'Y'

Still assuming genome length is 36, as results seem to be doing well. I could have an additional, but doubt I have less, as minimum w/ Phenotype and 'kink' revealed w/ solvent = 36.

Long messy trail, I know ... but now I'm fairly certain I have a 37 length genome and by incorporating 'reveal' of ORY ...
K RROOYYRROOYYGOYYGOYYGRYYORYRYYRYYYYYY K (new best guess after Koinif #89)
K RROOYYRROOYYGOYYGORYRRYYORYRYYYYYYYYY K Created this by testing to see if genome length may be 38 and I had a hit
new Phenotype AACCQSSSSSSS after losing a quality (RYYR). So much makes sense about these genomes, but I am missing 3 leters, so I will need to discover where and what they are. (Koinif #129).
