As Memphis is an unowned and unoccupied Region, this is more of a consideration and courtesy than anything else.

Put your name on the list
Wait for the person before you in the list to build their obelisk
Open a chat with the person before you and after you in the list
Wait for the person before you to tell you they have passed
Build your obelisk and update wiki
When you pass update wiki and tell the person next in the list that you have passed
Note: Person who places last material in the construction site owns the obelisk, and they cannot be transferred. This is the most common cause of 'mishaps'. Take care.

It was to test/prove that Memphis is a full-fledged Region on its own - which it is.

Important note: It took 2 days and 17 hours, not 2 days and 8 hours. The server lag caused it to lose ''more than an entire Egyptian day''.

So plan for it to take more time than expected.

This page was established by people who do not live in CotS. Names of those who are expired accounts have been replaced with names of natives, but we do not in any way guarantee that we will build in that order or pay any attention to this queue at all. One of the very small advantages to living in a low population region is cheaper obelisks. If you wanted to pass with a size 8, you should not have chosen to start in a high pop region.
