thestranger: When talking about balance, each object has a certian weight and is made up of these elements
thestranger: To turn lead into gold you would need to know the elemental weight of lead and gold, then you could transmutate lead into gold with the right mixture
Kavad: lead has an atomic weight of 207.2 and gold has an atomic weight of 196.966
Kavad: gold is atomic number 79 and lead is atomic number 82
Kavad: So perhaps the difference of ~10 in weight, or difference of 3 in number, is significant
