Should a player quit or remain unpaid for 45 days, their heir shall be notified and have 15 days to claim the items bestowed upon them. If these items remain unclaimed, they become items owned by a departed person.

 * I revisited all the past DPA laws since T1 and tried to keep most of it as similar as possible as it progressed along the years.  The one thing I did amend was the time limit for inheriting and claiming items.  I adjusted it to an even 60 days like the other 2 statuses to make it easier to remember.
