-Yes, Augir has access to it and he is a DP and I trust him.

-As a general rule no, but like I said in my previous answer Augir has access to my account.  But I wouldnt want anyone else to have access to it

+No I wouldnt.  This game is a sandbox, we have the opportunity to put laws in place as the game progresses, which should deal with any transgressions.
