While relevant at this time this law was authored - I no longer feel its a top priority for egypt; I'm working on a law that would allow Demi-pharoahs to send people to jail; I think would be a better long term solution rather than targetting specific instances of griefing with laws.
Draim's law serves this purpose and I will support it.
