What makes mine different others? Well there are two versions currently out, both identical.  The way you solve it is based on the game called "Lights Out".
+
TME's Oyster Solver, but with my images and a minor edit in the code that you dont have to click Edit button all the time...

The original lights out solver is from http://www.ueda.info.waseda.ac.jp/~n-kato/lightsout/index.html , however, the colors on the solver don't match the oyster beds (blue, white, green).

A duplicate version is out at http://tat2mikki0.tripod.com/ that does use the correct colors (not a very good job on the images), however, tripod.com (a free web host) sticks in ads that might cause annoying popups and tracking cookies.

My version addresses all the issues. All the correct colors, a little neater job on the images than the tripod version and no ads!

<B>My Compound/House</b> is located in <B>Shabbat Ab 1282, 1785</b>. See my Landmarks page for a map. I am located at the letter <B>(M)</b> on map (for ME). Shabbat Ab is formerly known as <B>Seven Lakes</b> by our Grandparents. This is the zone below/south of Stillwater. Just west of CS across river (yes there is a shortcut across river directly west (and tad south) of CS (in sand area on map), you do not need to run to a bridge from CS, just head west, once you hit the river, then the 2 shortcuts is a tad south)

Region Finder Project (Open Source Code)

This is the source code for a standalone .html page (javascript) version of Region Finder that will allow you to punch in X,Y coordinates and have the region name displayed. The version on my webtools is not javascript, but Visual Basic (VBscript/ASP - Active Server Pages). This version does NOT make the google map code, like in on my webpage.

Note: I wrote this standalone java page in case I should ever choose to close down my webpage. At least with this version, the project can continue into this and future tales. The source code is absolutely, positively PUBLIC DOMAIN, use it any way you like.

Projects that use Region Finder:

Shroomdar 2 - Player submitted mushroom locations database. As you move the mouse around the map, the region will display in the bar on top right of page.

Egypt Regions Border Map

Ever wonder where the coordinates of each region's borders starts/stops? Well here it is! Features a clickable Google map and some regular images for comparison. I spent a whole day running around to all ends of the world to ensure accuracy. I created this page to help produce the above Region Finder project.
