PMRCIP (Player -> Messenger -> Regional Chat -> Interested Player) is a very simple system which allows players to send public messages from a region to other with the help of other players, named Messengers. The system functions in this way: A player calls a messenger and gives him the message which, the messenger, in the guild chat, will contact another messenger from the requested area. The messenger from the requested area will then send a message to the Regional Chat in which he lives the message sent by the player.
