Ariella: **~~New mutagen moss needed: Crackly, Slimy, Smelly but cannot have Fuzzy, Hairy, Mottled and can have anything else along with the must having the first three. Example: Calico, Crackly, Slimy, Smelly is fine too. Please chat if you have! Needed mosses will be in my Info. ~~** Traak: would someone be able to put a "moss" page on the wiki with how exactly moss works? strutter: moss theory still seems to be a work in progress Nchanter: A quick and dirty run-down on moss, If no one else writes up a guide, i'll take a stab at one when i get back from my convention next week Mortality: just a list of posible types would be nice, cant even find that in tale 3 Nchanter: When an aquiduct line goes up, all the towers start with the attribute Green. When someone blesses a tower, they can affect the moss, by either removing or adding stats. You get a message in main "blah blah blah the character of the moss seems to have changed" or something. Nchanter: sometimes you don't actually affect the stats at all, even if you get that message Nchanter: well, ok, you don't *visibally* affect the stats... we don't have the entire system worked out Nchanter: anyways, go to a tower, bless, and say it starts out green, and ends up hairy Nchanter: that means you remove green, and add hairy Nchanter: it *is* possible to both add and remove the same stat type, but you *usually* add one group, and subtract another group Nchanter: so when you go by an aquiduct line, bless the one and two stat mosses, and "track" what you change. each avatar can affect moss once every 5 teppyminutes Nchanter: then add those stats to your /info , so that when we need to "build" a specific moss for mutagenics, we can hunt you down and pester the heck out of you ;) Nchanter: The different moss stats are Calico, Crackly, Dry, Fuzzy, Green, Hairy, Mottled, Phosphorescent, Prickly, Reticulated, Slimy, Smelly, Spongy, Spotted, and Striped Nchanter: (now someone can look at what i've said in the logs, and write up somethign quick and dirty on the wiki) Nchanter: I am now open for questions. Traak: are stats tower specific or avatar specific? Traak: or both? Nchanter: Stats are avatar specific. All towers act the same. Yerbouti: call em attributes not stats Traak: if Maze leaves Adn travelling south with 11 speed, and Nchanter leaves QR travelling north with 4 speed, in what region will they meet? Traak: or did you mean moss specific questions? Nchanter: kicks Traak Kemnesh: That aside, will it always be "Adds Z, removes Y", or does it get complex when theres a "W" present? Perhaps I should stop asking questions. strutter: but but stats be eazier to spel Ariella: I'll write up a Guide on Moss in a minute. As Nchanter said we still don't know alot except basics. Ariella: Blessing interval changed from 1 hour 10 mins from T3 to only 5 mins this tale. Devs are occasionally nice ;) Kemnesh: What is the means of their transportation? Mortality: someone copy n past that to the wiki ;p manahem: answer they will not: one of their clients is going to crash
