Guilds/Oasis

We are a fun, helpful guild based in Meroe, just to the east of the CS across the Nile. We have a lot of fun, help others with anything we can and are a kind, loving family type guild. We welcome all new people and donate to tech research. Most of the equipment is public to further help Meroe as a whole. Guildhouse is at 899, -3659. Come join us!

Membership, Equipment, Rank

• You do not have to live in the Oasis camp to be a member in our guild. A great deal of our equipment is set so that anyone, including non-members, can use it. However, there are some items that are set for higher ranking member's use only for the purpose of conserving those assets for guild use, such as mines. We have a large number of mines, some are set so that various member ranks can use them, whether you are an Initiate, Associate or Member. Some of our mines are set for Patriarch or Elder use because those mines are set aside for guild projects only such as, building or maintaining equipment or because we have only limited number of that type and are conserving the asset. If you cannot access a mine or piece of equipment because of your membership rank and need that resource, please contact an Elder and we'll make every effort to help you with what you require.

• When you first join our guild you are set at the Initiate level. To become be raised to the Associate level you have to have a paid account, have played for a minimum of 2 weeks and have been active in the guild community. Full Member rank is given to those individuals who are contributing guildees. This means you help with the chores, you contribute materials to guild projects and you socialize in guild chat. Patriarch and Elder postions are given to those guildees who actively work to support the guild on a daily or weekly basis and foster the overall well-being of the guild. If at any time you feel as though your membership rank should be raised, please let an Elder know - we try to keep up with everyone's rank status but it is possible that we've gotten so busy rank elevations haven't occurred as they should. If you have any questions or concerns about this or anyother aspect of being an Oasis guild member, please chat with a Patriarch or Elder.

• All mines are associate or higher. If you want to join this guild only to mine, don't bother joining. If you need a certain ore for a particular reason chat one of our Elders, arrangements can be made.

Supplies

If you need basic supplies/tools or if you have spares to donate, the place for them is the "BASICS SUPPLIES" warehouse behind the Guild Hall at 904, -3656 ... any member without a hatchet, resin wedge or shovel please contact an Elder if there aren't any in the Basic's warehouse and we'll help you get one.

Vigil

• Please join the "" Helping Hands of Friends Worship"" guild to work on vigil. Oasis Vigil guild is no longer active, however, if you need help with materials let one of the Elders know and we'll try to help you.

Art Test Display

• We have an art compound to display your Art test projects, such as: Raeli Mosaics and Bijous, at 815, -3616, just slightly northwest from the chariot stop. Please stop in to enjoy and judge the art projects of our guildees.
