Beer research continues, but I have access to the following flavors:

Orange (non-potent): from Yeast-3.
Nutmeg (very potent): from Yeast-97. At present only Sweet beer is possible, due to the need to offset the high spice level.
Cherry (very potent): from Yeast-10. Both Sweet and Dry varieties are available.
Very Potent regular flavors (honey & barley): from Yeast-73.
