Uses
Allows the assembly of a Dowsing Rod, used to locate veins of metal ore.
Ores
Copper
Copper veins can be detected with 0 perception. Feel free to enter coordinates of any copper veins you find, or just describe the general characteristics of the vein (size, shape, etc.).
Iron
Iron veins can be detected with 2 perception. Iron does not appear as unknown with 0 perception - just sand.
I found an iron vein going straight east-west, ~100 coords long and <10 coords thick. -Mansku
Dowsed an iron vein roughly NNW-SSE, over 100 coords long, about 5 coords thick. -Skyfeather
