This is one of three types of glass. It melts at 3200°, and is worked at 1600–2400°. Normal Glass is made by melting 10 Sand, 2 Potash and 1 Lime.
Like all glass, Normal Glass is not a normal resource, in that you can't carry it around with you. It only exists inside a Glazier's Bench, which must hold a reservoir of at least 20 glass before you can start working it.
Normal Glass Products
- Glass Rod (60 seconds)
- Glass Pipe (90 seconds)
- Glass Torch (180 seconds) - uses 5 deben of melted glass
- Sheet Glass (120 seconds)
- Glass Jar (90 seconds)
- Empty Wine Bottles (90 seconds) - 1 deben of melted glass makes 12 bottles
Attempts to make Sheet Glass may fail, depending on your Sheet Glass Fabrication skill.
