Public Raeli Courtesy Act

This law is to enforce the common courtesy that the person who has started burning a Raeli Oven gets first right at completing the burn and getting the tiles.

Raeli Ovens will have a new tag: 'Last Interrupted by <name>', with the name of the person who last interrupted the oven.

This rest of this law applies ONLY to public or semi-public Raeli Ovens, i.e. ovens that are Usable by Anyone, and ovens that are NOT set to 'Only Owners may bake tiles in this Oven.'

While a Raeli Oven is baking the person baking the oven shall have their name listed on it, and nobody (including the owners of the oven) will be able to interrupt the baking cycle for 2.5 Teppy-hours, except the person who started baking the oven or their spouse.

If any part of this law is vetoed, it shall not affect implementation of the rest of the law.
