- All water is spotty lakes rather than a continuous river
- Lots of space for buildings, so we won't suffer cramped compounds
- Currently occupied by the guild Sharing Circle - what are their plans for T8?
- Straight line to the chariot, no obstructions
- Takes under 2 minutes at DEX 52 - about double the distance to current zFree site
