"Blocking" aka Sink Food
When you eat a dish on an empty stomach, it lowers the "potency" for all Egypt of any ingredients found in the dish. Therefore, precede any meal with a blocker.
Eat the following combination in a separate kitchen prior to eating a meal to protect the potency of ingredients in a valuable meal.
