Bulk ingredients needed (up to 800 of each ingredient used per batch of Dex food and 200 per batch of Endurance food):
- FISH: Carp Meat, Catfish Meat, Chromis meat, Tigerfish meat, Oxyrynchus meat, Bay Lobster meat, Fish Oil
- FOOD: Cucumbers, Malt (raw), Barley (raw), Coconut meat, Grilled Cabbage (please do not donate plain cabbage - keep it for beetles)
- HERBS: Verdant Squill, Pale Dhamasa, Mountain Mint, Covage, Steel Bladegrass
- MUSHROOMS: Dead Tongue, Toad Skin

The reason there are so many more items we ask that you donate is that we have to substitute pairs to use what is available at the time we make the food. Generally this is the dexterity food only.
