Please donate the following needed ingredients if you can spare them:

Bulk ingredients needed (up to 600 of each ingredient used per batch of Dex food and 200 per batch of Endurance food):

• FISH: Carp Meat, Catfish Meat, Chromis meat, Tigerfish meat, Oxyrynchus meat, Bay Lobster meat, Hylian Loach meat, Singing Lamprey meat, Fish Oil
• FOOD: Malt (raw), Coconut meat, Grilled Cabbage (please do not donate plain cabbage - keep it for beetles)
• HERBS: Verdant Squill, Pale Dhamasa, Mountain Mint, Covage, Steel Bladegrass
• MUSHROOMS: Toad Skin, Dead Tongue

Recipes

The following are the two current recipes available at RP Cafe (on October 23, 2016). The reason there are so many more items we ask that you donate is that we have to substitute pairs to use what is available at the time we make the food. Generally this is the dexterity food only. I will add new recipe variations as I make them over time. You will get the exact same statistics if you use less debens of each base (they must always be equal amounts, however. For example 50 deben of each base instead of 700). The only difference is that duration will go up:
