Generated by the Winter Wonderland event in Tale 7.
Presents are tagged to random players who are online at the time the Snow Storm is completed. You do not need to be present at the storm to receive a gift. (It appears to me that only those at the snow storm are receiving presents ~Khali)
Check the various locations for your gifts!
Examples: 100 wood, 1 Baskets, CC, Elexir of Travel (Milky) adds 1h travel time, Loom Frame, Ground Firework,20 Saltpeter...
