Use
New tech in T7. Allows creation of diamond tipped tools of all types, which do not deteriorate as other tools do.

Tools:
- Diamond Tipped Hatchet - cost is 3 Bronze and 250 Powdered Diamond - It's particular use is unknown so far except a 4k quality one will get 1x wood from a tree (same as a regular hatchet).
- Diamond Tipped Hatchet - seem to have the same quality influence like the usual hatchet, but reduce the basic wood timer to 37 seconds (75 secs for 2x, 112 secs for 3x)
- Diamond Tipped Hatchet - good for wood macro in low quality, reduce the basic wood timer from 60 to 37 seconds
