The powers of the Demipharaoh are significant and citizens in Egypt may decide in an election that none of the available candidates should possess them. Because of that, we propose that a "None of the above" option be added to ballots on the final round of the Test of the Demipharaoh. If "None of the above" wins the election, none of the candidates becomes Demi-Pharaoh (and therefore none of them pass the test). This law will apply even in situations where there is only one candidate on the final Demipharaoh ballot.

As a safeguard, if this law is carried over into future tales, it should only apply after 5 Demipharaohs have been elected, except in elections where there is only one candidate on the final ballot.
