I must be in a lucky spot for alcohol production. I find a rare Menthol flavor vineyard and I dropped my kettle and found Yeast-2.... I’ve come close to an interesting combo with Yeast-2 and Yeast-25 around 1000 seal time. However I still never got an answer from anyone i talked to yet(havent spoke with Silden)if catching Mold-87, Lactobacillus-4, Lactobacillus-28 in between would make it unusable.
