Saturday, May 2 7am Central US, 8am Eastern US, 1pm BST, 2pm whatever time zone Bloom's in :D
Vix will have started the pilgrimage group, click on her and ask to join it. DO NOT DISBAND THE GROUP UNTIL WE PASS. Otherwise, all progress will be lost.
Plan
Using the info already on the prior page and a few other locations from the atlas page I've set up a possible pilgrimage. I paid more attention to location as opposed to cost (none are really that expensive). I tried to pick a circuitous path so there's as little redundant running as possible.
I looked up all the past Pilgrimage passes. The past five have been 7382, 7163, 6228, 7832, and 6208. With that in mind, I chose a number of tithes that gets us 7424 points which I believe will give us a really good shot at passing. Additionally, the total weight comes in at just under 1500 debens each (2 str & dex) so we could even do it in one go if everyone had a long period of time free.
Listed below are the required materials. They're in two formats, what each person needs and what the total group needs.

I'm open to any discussion about how to run this course. Natural breaks occur at every chariot stop (which I've made a note of). Depending on how many days we want to spend on this (1, 2, or 3) we can choose how to divvy it up.
Discussion
Timm-I vote for a Sunday as evil is working quite a bit, and has Sundays off I believe. Logo is on then as well, and if its a planned date phan could probably be there, if not I can do it for her. This Sunday however, Evil is out of town and I have my step kids...which puts us out another week. This would mean adding more stops yes? To take account for more passes. What do you think?-Vix
Any Sunday (with a few days warning) will work just fine for Zowee and me. Often, as the craze for a test dies down and more people pass, the score required actually lowers. I'm not sure if we're near that point yet but we can see what the passing score is this Sunday and make our decision then. If we have all of the other requirements completed by this weekend it should be no problem to add a few more materials for extra stops or extra tithes. -Timm
Yep Sundays would be the best for me, Sunday 19th Pilgrim Score was 7525 with 43 Shrines. - Evil

Sunday's score dropped 1000 points to 65xx. I think we should be set with what we've got planned. Hopefully we can make the run this Sunday, 5/2. What time is everyone free? Be sure to specify your time zone. Zowee and I are free ANY time on Sunday, yes ANY time. I will wake up at 3 in the morning if that's what's best for everyone else; I just want to get this done. :D -Timm
Also, as we are running out of time to get the materials, please post here if there are any things you need help with. Some of the things still currently required (papyrus, sheet glass, cuttable stone) take a significant amount of time and we should be sure we have them available as soon as possible. -Timm
I'm available whenever, am GMT obviously so the earlier the US time the better...unlike Timm I require beauty sleep and if you try to get my ass out of bed at 7am on a sat or sunday I'll cry ;P-Vix
Anyone Have barley? We gave a lot of flower fert to tyr to make some, and he quit lol...so we're kinda screwed on that one. We have 81 barley atm. Have grain fert tho :/ -vix
I stashed what barley I had available last night. I think there was 640 in the warehouse at that point, so only 200 more required (or 80 if Bloom hadn't yet stashed his). With only a trivial amount left of that, it looks like only potash and sheet glass are still needed. Also please remember to sign up at the guild downtown so we can discuss starting times for the pilgrimage. The more people available to run together, the better, but a skeleton crew of Bloomdido and 1 person from each pair could conceivably make the required tithes. If we can find enough time Saturday and/or Sunday we might get this done before Sunday passes which would be excellent. -Timm
