Leadership is one of the seven disciplines. It demonstrates securing the trust and cooperation of others. More than any other discipline, the Tests of Leadership are often highly competitive, and revolve around your ability to convince other players to help you pass.

Rewards

  • Passing Test of the Hegemon grants players the ability to treat a player to a free month of A Tale in the Desert. There is presumably some cooldown involved in this. T7N.png
  • Passing the Test of the Demipharaoh grants players the ability to permanently exile (ban) up to 7 players from the game. Due to current laws, DemiPharaohs also have the ability to create a Griefer Ballot, an accelerated ballot allowing the people of Egypt to decide whether or not to ban a purported griefer. If one of these ballots is created, and passes, one of the creating DemiPharaoh's 7 bans *will* be consumed when the player nominated is automatically banned.
  • Mentorship: For each Mentor Shrine consecrated, you gain 1 Mentor point. You may spend these at School of Leadership for the following bonuses:
    • 2 pts - Back Roads - 24 hours offline time
    • 2 pts - Fountain of Knowledge - Teach one skill or level, instantly
    • 2 pts - Thirst for Knowledge - Learn one skill from another player, instantly
    • 3 pts - Scholarship - Next skill is half-price
    • 5 pts - Headmaster - Double speed teaching forever
    • 7 pts - Homeward Bound - One additional Waypoint
    • 7 pts - Full Scholarship - Next skill is free
    • 7 pts - Homestead - One additional Cornerstone
    • 7 pts - Eye of God - A free month of ATITD
    • 14 pts - Tenure - Half-price skills for life.
    • 21 pts - Dinner with Pharaoh - +7 Perception for 24 hours, special surprise, unique per dinner
  • Passing the Test of Patronage allows you to set a one-time ability to broadcast a message on the System channel and at the same time set a global waypoint that exists for one hour. The test can be passed multiple times to regain the ability.
