This building becomes available after you have learned the Sign Construction tech.

A basic information device.
The description text can contain up to 250 characters, while its label may contain 60 characters. The label and description can be edited by the creator at any time, as many times as he or she wishes.
Usually used to mark where a previous Stone Quarry was.
