Border Alteration Proposition Act

If the BAP Act is accepted, the following shall got into effect:

1) A new branch of petitions will be opened at the University of Leadership named: Border Alteration Proposition. 1a) Any future petitions other than the BAP petition that referres to altering borders will be considered invalid. 1b) The BAP will have its own ballot for votes, which will occure half way through the current ballots cycle. 1c) The BAP ballot will contain the maximum of the top 7 BAP petitions. 1c) Any BAP that does not follow any specifications in the BAP Act will be considered invalid.

2) The BAP content can only specify border alterations to a single region or two neighbouring regions that shares a border. 2a) Any BAP that specify altering a regions border into land that is not a part of a neighbouring region must be submited as a single region BAP 2b) Any BAP that specify altering two neighbouring regions border can only contain alterations to area specific to these regions. 2c) Border alterations in the BAP must be detailed as following: Region X: Old(x,y) - New(x,y) Region X: Old(x,y) - New(x,y)

3) The BAP ballot will follow these rules: 3a) Single region BAP will be open for all of egypt to vote for. 3b) Neighbouring region BAP will be visible for all of egypt, however only open to votes for permanent residents(*) of the effected regions. 3c) Neighbouring region BAP votes will be the sum of the percentage from both regional votes: (RegionA(X%)+RegionB(Y%))/2 3c1) However, if any Region of this Neighbouring region BAP have less than 60% votes, its total votes will be reduced to 0%

4) Once a BAP ballot ends the highest voted BAP shall go into immediate effect. 4a) Any BAP with less than 30% total votes shall be removed from future BAP ballots.


(*) Permanent Residency is something any payed account can apply for at a regions University of Leadership (*a) Permanent Residency requires atleast an 80% of all buildings or projects in said region. (*b) Permanent Residency can only be applied for once a month (*c) A citizen can only be a Permanent Resident to one region
