Roosters are found in the wild by examining Dark Pampas Grass. You must first learn the Avian Selection tech at a University of Worship. They can also be bred in a Chicken Coop.

Notes on foraging in the wild

  • Roosters seem to be the most elusive.
  • Foraged a large patch at 7:30am game time and got 1 rooster 6 hens
  • Foraged same patch at 11:00am game time and got 3 roosters 8 hens
  • Foraged same patch at 12:30pm game time and got 0
  • Foraged same patch at 5:00pm game time and got 2 roosters 9 hens
