I must be in a lucky spot for alcohol production. I find a rare Menthol flavor vineyard and I dropped my kettle and found Yeast-2.... I am still trying to pin down the exact seal time, however I’ve come close to an interesting combo with Yeast-2 and Yeast-25 around 1000 seal time. However I still never got an answer from anyone i talked to yet(havent spoke with Silden)if catching Mold-87, Lactobacillus-4, Lactobacillus-28 in between would make it unusable. I was attempting a run at 1100 to see if that would catch just Yeast-2 but I closed at 1071 and caught Yeast-2 and Mold-87. 1200 was still microbe free.
