Due to the no-consecutive-tithe thing I suggest: Start in EG. Tithe there, chariot to SE, tithe, chariot to 7L, tithe. Run the 7L Loop twice. Chariot to RP. Run to MV, tithing on the way. Chariot to OE, back to MV, run to RP tithing. Back down to EG, tithing as you go. As more shrines appear more local loops become more lucrative. Note this doesn't quite hit the tithe amounts above, but is fairly close.
